Baia degli Aranci Village, because of its strategic position, is the ideal starting for trips and excursions to the old town of Vieste, to the sea caves (marine grottoes), to the Tremiti islands, to the Gargano National Park, to archaeological sites, to Monte Sant`Angelo and to San Giovanni Rotondo, famous throughout the world for its sanctuary of the blessed Padre Pio.
It is also possible to take part in excursions that follow the spectacular routes through the Grotte di Castellana and the Trulli di Alberobello, which have been declared a world heritage site by Unesco for their special characteristics.
